There are many providers of seminars for shiftworkers. However, most of these presentations provide generic information that assumes all shift workers are the same. This results in a lot of frustration for shift workers.
I am not one of those providers. My research and experience with shift workers has taught me that every shiftworker is different and has their own needs.
The only solutions that are useful are ones that are personalized for the shiftworker and the workplace.
That is why I have developed the Shiftwork Adaptability Profile. Using this simple tool, I’m able to customize sleeping and eating strategies to accommodate each shiftworker and their schedule.
